We have strong experience and are deeply networked in the Industrial, Multifamily, and Life Sciences sectors. Recently these three sectors accounted for about 60% of our team’s search experience.
The remaining searches cover a diverse set of asset classes and strategies, including Retail, Office, Hospitality, Senior Living, and Student Housing. We win and successfully execute on wide-ranging mandates outside our traditional core sectors by the strength of our search process, commitment, and effort.
Roles
A modern real estate firm has a complex organization structure and equally complex human capital needs. In recent years, about 60% of our team’s search experience has been for equity and debt-related investment management roles (e.g., acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, capital raising, and investor relations). Another 30% of placements have been in senior-level finance, accounting, development and leasing roles. As for the final 10%, let’s just say that we always love a new challenge.
